    OSL Global GmbH transports millions of parcels every week with the ultimate goal of delivering each one safely and undamaged to its destination. In the vast majority of cases, this is successful.

    According to the Postal Act (Section 33 (2)), parcel service providers are obliged to publish statistics on complaints from consumers. At OSL Global GmbH,

    the proportion of complaints in relation to the total volume of parcel shipments in 2024 was 0.058%. This rate includes complaints about significant disruptions in parcel handling, including loss, theft, damage, and significant transit time delays. To ensure the greatest possible transparency, OSL Global GmbH takes into account all customers’ transit time complaints, regardless of whetherthey are justified or not.

    Regardless of this, OSL Global GmbH is continuously working on optimising its service and aligning it with the
